Why is Italian assistant judge Domenico Rocca given a penalty after VAR intervention?
Rocca wrote a letter published on arbitri.com. He said that although judge leader Gianluca Rocchi personally intervened in cases where there were, the incident determining a potential title never went on the path of Inter.
