Why is Italian assistant judge Domenico Rocca given a penalty after VAR intervention?

Rocca wrote a letter published on arbitri.com. He said that although judge leader Gianluca Rocchi personally intervened in cases where there were, the incident determining a potential title never went on the path of Inter.

Inter Milan has been smoking with Serie A judge over the past few weeks.

The recent Flashpoint Incident took place last weekend in a 2-2 draw with Lazio.

Inter abandoned the lead later in the match. And along with that, it had an advantage over the league table Napoli.

Lazio’s equalizer came from the penalty spot. Specifically, the penalty was awarded to Bianco Celesti for handball by Jan Bisek.

Judge Daniele Chiffi did not point to the scene in real time. However, Val advised him to look at the monitor again and find a clear handball by the Germans.

However, Inter finds it inconsistent with the use of VAR.

Early in the match, Val was not intervening after Visek wanted a backward thrust penalty by Nicolo Lobera.

Meanwhile, it feels like Inter has not received a decision from Var, not just last Sunday’s game.

There were incidents in matches with Lecce, Bologna, AC Milan and others who felt Nerazzuri was suffering.

And then there was a certain episode in his defeat to Rome last month.

Late Penalty Dispute in Inter vs. Roma Serie A Clash

Last month, during a Serie A clash with Rome, Inter chased 0-1 at the closing stage.

After the cross into the box, defender Jan Bisek was once again at the center of the action.

The 24-year-old tried to meet Marco Arnautovic’s flick-on at the far post.

However, Bisseck was prevented from doing so by Roma defender Evan Ndicka. Ndicka had his arms around German and took him to the ground with little attempt to play the ball.

It looked like a blatant penalty in real time. And the Italian Judgment Association continues to acknowledge that officials should be awarded via penalties.

But that’s not what happened. Inter lost that match. Therefore, Inter continued to lose against Galolrossi.

A draw, on the other hand, means that you are currently at the level on the table with Napoli, rather than trailing at the points heading towards the final day.

Judge Assistant Rocca: “The penalty given by Val after Rocchi told them – why not Inter vs. Rome?”

Italian assistant judge Domenico Rocca wrote an open letter to the Can (National Judgment Commission).

“I never imagined I had to write to my committee,” he begins.

“It was Stefanofarina who taught me how to judge and how to become a member of the association. He was convinced that whatever the judge’s body should be trusted.”

However, Rocca feels it’s time.

“I saw a penalty awarded in the Udinese-Parma match,” he pointed out.

“At Lissone (where in Valbooth), supervisor Rokki is quickly standing up from the post to get attention several times, knocking on the glass of Var Paterna and Assistant Var Sozza (hears in the audio).

“In turn, they told the judges to do a review on the pitch, and although he missed it at first, he correctly awarded the penalty.

“But why did the Inter-Roma match, Gervasoni, the supervisor that day, not give the var ‘nock’ to award the penalty?” Rocca asks.

“Even the committee has publicly admitted that at every judge and assistant meeting they missed a clear penalty in favor of Inter.”

Rocca calls this a “serious error.”

“It will likely decide to lose the title in favor of Naples,” he points out.
