Sergio Conceco claims that Milan “deserves a victory” over Como after another comeback, providing the latest updates from Tijjani Reijnders, Youssouf Fofana and Santiago Gimenez.
Rossonelli is once again forced to complete a comeback from a negative situation in order to float himself.
After a 2-0, 3-2 win at Lecce, they overturned Lucas Da Cunha’s opener, 2-1 win over Como thanks to Christian Pulisic and Reijnders.

“It depends on the game. He can play well everywhere. Today I used him in multiple positions,” Concencico told Dazn.
“He’s very intelligent and understands a variety of roles. Como pushed and kept it on a high line all the time.”
When Reijnders scored the winner, the coach turned around and celebrated by pointing someone behind him in the stands.
“My family comes to the stadium, but the celebration was one of the coaches who saw his team missed some sitters in the first 15-20 minutes,” explained Concencico.
“We were so deep, we had all the wrong timing of the press, which led to some defensive challenges, leading to attacks.
“We tried to change things during the break and started what we prepared. It wasn’t a great performance, but we deserved a victory.”
Concenciacao is seeing the advancements of normal Milan
Da Cunya’s second Como goal was a bit of luck as he was allowed due to a few millimeters on his shoulder being offside.
“It wasn’t easy for players to go down 1-0 against the well-trained Como side. We had to be more obsessed with what we prepared, both on and off the ball. We knew our opponents had the weaknesses they needed to exploit.”
Concencico was forced into some of his tactical and HR choices, including keeping Yousouf fofana on the bench first.
“When I arrived, I was told that Youssouf had essentially played all the games this season, so he inevitably needs some rest. What makes me happy is that every player coming wants to give the team something special with the right attitude.”
If there’s one negative thing starting tonight, this is Santiago Gimenez’s performance.
“He’s working hard that week and focuses on everything we do with him and the other strikers. It’s not easy for him to come to Italy where the team is all very well organized. It’s no surprise that he needs time to adapt.
“I’m sure he’ll be very important for the rest of the season,” Concencico concluded.
