Thiago Motta allegedly confrontation during his training with Kenan Ildis “never happened,” suggesting that this was one of the lies spoken about his tense relationship with his tense officials.
Yildiz’s recent dip in form has been the subject of heavy speculation with suggestions that either he was benched or excluded from some of the team’s most important matches, following Motta’s removal by Juventus, has affected his motivations and performance.
Italian journalist Sandro Sabatini is said to have revealed that his manager repeatedly caused the Bianconeri star during his training session, saying he shouldn’t consider himself Messi. Motta dismissed the claim in his first interview since leaving Allianz Stadium.

Motta: I’ve never said it before, yildiz shouldn’t consider himself Messi
“This never happened in Yildiz,” Motta told Il Corriere Della Sera.
“I never told Kenan anything like that. I asked a lot from the players. I certainly have the requirements and principles as a coach.
“We can always discuss the best way to do things, but we always have a positive way of mutual respect. I have never experienced this situation with Kenan.
On the contrary, Motta repeated his praise for Ildis, the player who became the centre of his tactical plans early in his tenure.

“He’s a young man with great potential and he’s always deserved it, so he’s played a lot of games as a starter with us,” the coach added.
“When I didn’t play him, that’s because I wanted to protect him in an inevitable moment of form, because beyond his talent, he’s the champion as a person.
“As a player, he has a great natural talent, but his best quality is his desire to work, improve and take things seriously. It’s not easy to find a young man like him with this mentality and work ethic.
“All of this makes him an incredible player, along with his technical and physical quality. He was born in 2005. If he continues to work like this, he will definitely have an important future.”
