Inter and Juventus are Italy’s most valuable clubs, but they remain outside of Europe’s top 10 in 12th and 15th place respectively.
Transfermarkt lists the most valuable clubs in the world, and the first Italian team in the ranking is Inter in 12th place, with a total team value of 693.8 million euros.
The Nerazzurri reached the Champions League final in 2023 and 2025 and are one of the favorites to win Serie A this season.
In a recent interview, Brazil manager Carlo Ancelotti said the Nerazzurri are Italy’s “most European” club thanks to their performance in the Champions League in recent years.
Inter have the most valuable team in Serie A

“They have a great record in the Champions League, winning all their games and reaching the final twice in three years,” Ancelotti told Gazzetta.
“They’ve maintained their level very consistently. Marotta is definitely a talented executive. He’s done a great job.”
The second most valuable club in Serie A is Juventus, with the Old Ladies team worth an estimated €602.7 million. The Bianconeri are 15th in the table, while Napoli are 18th. According to Transfermarkt, the defending Serie A champions are worth 503.3 million euros.
Napoli missed out on European qualification in the 2023-24 season, but returned to the Champions League this season after changing three managers.
Milan and Atalanta are in the top five most valuable teams in Serie A, but both teams are outside the top 20 in Europe. The Rossoneri are in 21st place (€471.5 million) and La Dea are in 22nd place (€459.1 million).
Which Italian soccer brand is the most valuable?

According to a report by Brandirectory, Inter and Juventus are also among the most valuable football brands.
However, in this case, Juventus would finish in 13th place, the top spot among Serie A clubs. Inter are ranked 14th, while Milan are ranked 15th, ahead of Napoli (21st) and Roma (24th).
Unsurprisingly, Real Madrid tops the list of football’s most popular foreign brands, with non-Serie A clubs dominating the brand directory.
There has been a huge debate about the level of Serie A football compared to Europe’s other top divisions, especially as Italy continues to struggle to qualify for the World Cup.
However, Azzurri manager Gennaro Gattuso disagreed with those who claim that the quality of Serie A has consistently declined.
“There’s no denying that we play a different sport in the Premier League because of our financial strength, but our league is tough,” Gattuso said at a press conference in November.
“If you’re good at preparing the game tactically… we have great coaches and we’re very well prepared. If you don’t come up with your moves, it’s hard to win the game.”
“There’s another important thing. In any given game, there are only a few players to look at. That means there will be 60 to 65 players (available for call-up). That’s the most difficult thing, not the quality of the league.”
