What is the Scudetto playoffs?

If Napoli loses both remaining matches, Inter will win the Serie A title with one win from the last two matches. In this scenario, one interdraw and loss wins the title in the playoffs. If both teams lose the final two games of the season, Napoli will win the title perfectly.
