Italian star Ricardo Calafioli supported Arsenal on another clean seat in the Premier League, with Sandro Tonari, Genluigi Donnaruma, Guglielmo Viario and Destiny Udogui also celebrating their victory on the weekend’s top British flights.

Below is how Premier League Italian International reached this weekend.

Calafiori began all Premier League games in the 2025-26 campaign at Arsenal’s left back, helping his team to the fourth clean sheet from seven league matches, beating West Ham 2-0 with the Emirates on Saturday.

Calafiori and The Gunners are currently sitting alone at the top of their Premier League standings after this weekend’s fixture, scoring 16 points from the first seven games of the campaign.

Donnarumma has maintained his second Premier League clean sheet since joining PSG’s Manchester City earlier this summer. The Italian captain was part of Pep Guardiola’s side, which brought Brentford a 1-0 defeat on Sunday.

Italian Duodogie and Vicario also won the weekend. Their Tottenham side won 2-1 over Leeds United, who did not include Wilfried Gunnont in the match-day team.

Both players, like Calafiori, will team up with other Azzurri teams to Italy for international fixtures against Estonia and Israel in October.

Sandro Tonali will also be taking part. He’s fresh after a 2-0 victory over Nottingham Forest, Newcastle’s second victory in the 2025-26 Premier League season.

Tonari has played every minute this season in eight of Newcastle’s nine competitive matches so far.

The weekend was less favorable for Federico Chiesa and Liverpool. Federico Chiesa and Liverpool were defeated in a 2-1 defeat with Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Chiesa was an unused replacement, and Giovanni Leoni sat with an unfortunate knee injury.

Michael Kayode played all-out for 90 minutes when Brentford lost 1-0 to Manchester City.

Diego Coppola was an unused replacement for Brighton in a 1-1 draw with the struggling wolves. He played just 16 minutes in the Premier League this summer after leaving Hellas Verona.
