Milan coach Masimiliano Alegrie is pleased with the team’s performance during the pre-season Asian Tour, but warns that “everything will change” once training in Italy resumes.
Milan lost to Arsenal, but they managed to win a compelling victory over Arsenal and Liverpool on their preseason tour in the Asia-Pacific region.
Allegri warns Milan: “It’ll change everything.”

“We had three weeks of work since we started, and it was a good tour marked a decent performance with three best friends,” Allegri told Gazzetta.
“We trained well. We need to keep in mind that once we resume on Tuesday, the season starts soon. From that moment on, everything changes.”
Milan will debut the 2025-26 Serie with Cremonese on August 23rd at San Siro, but the first competitive game of the season will play Bali in Coppa Italia’s first round on August 17th.
“We need to be quietly balanced without getting hooked when things go well, because there are definitely some difficult moments throughout the season,” Alegri added.
“I said it before, and I repeat it. Good players show their worth in June, December, and again the following June. On the other hand, bad players are still bad in December, December, six months later. Mentally, you need to always remember that the season is like 38 games.
Several Milan fans supported Rossoneri in their final match against Perth’s glory on Thursday.
Allegri’s views after victory on Perth’s glory

“The match against Perth’s glory is the last match on this tour, and usually the final match after a few days around the world tends to be taken away a little lightly,” the Italian tactician said.
“But the team approached the game seriously so it worked very well. It was a great night for the sport. We have a lot of fans here in Australia and we are happy.
“We’ve been really welcomed. The stadiums were packed and enthusiastic. We appreciated the warmth they showed here in Australia. The training facilities were amazing. Now it’s time to think about the next two friendly matches in Dublin and London.
Milan will face Leeds United in Dublin on August 9th and Chelsea in Stamford Bridge on August 10th.
Allegri returned to Milan in May, more than 11 years after being dismissed by Rossoneri. He has signed a two-year contract at Sansilo, offering additional campaign options.
