Antonio Conte has revamped Napoli’s tactics with Scott McTominay, Noah Lang and Rasmus Hjølund, while Atalanta’s new manager Raffaele Palladino is relying on Ademola Lookman and Charles de Quetelaere.
The match will kick off at 19:45 GMT at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.

The injury crisis extends to Napoli, with Billy Gilmour, Andre Franck Zambo Anguissa, Kevin De Bruyne, Alex Meret and Romelu Lukaku sidelined.
They have struggled in recent weeks, winning only two of their last seven games in all competitions and drawing two of their last three.
After a 2-0 loss to Bologna and the suspension of international competition, they fell from the top spot and forced Conte to reorganize his tactics.
Here he adopted a 3-4-3 formation, with Lang and David Neres manning either side of Hojlund, and McTominay and Stanislav Lobotka leading the midfield.
Atalanta sacked manager Ivan Juric after going winless in Serie A for seven games, including back-to-back losses against Udinese and Sassuolo.
Paladino is a native of Naples, so he was drafted and made his debut in his hometown.
Lookman will join De Ketelaele and Mario Pašalić in a trident attack as they look to erase the disappointment of Nigeria’s World Cup qualifiers.
Giorgio Scalvini suffered another muscular injury during training and will have to postpone his return to the field.
La Dea’s record this season has been very strange, losing only three games in all competitions, winning only four and drawing the remaining eight.
This leaves them in 13th place in Serie A.
Curiously, Atalanta have won their last two trips to the Stadio Maradona, in March and November 2024, both by 3-0 scorelines.
