Official: Pervis Estupinan joins Milan on a permanent transfer from Brighton.
Pervis Estupinan revealed that representing a club like Milan was a realization of childhood dreams, talking about his links with Rossoneri left-handed Rafael Leo, and that Roberto de Zerbi told him about playing in Serie A in his first interview after completing his transfer from Brighton on Thursday.
Estupinan joined Rossoneri on a deal reportedly worth a bonus of 17 million and 2 million euros in a permanent deal from Premier League side Brighton.
The 27-year-old signed a five-year contract that runs through the summer of 2030 and chose to wear the No. 2 shirt during his first season at Sanshiro.
All Estupinen said in their first interview with Milan

“I’m so happy and I’m really excited. This is my childhood dream of being in such a big club,” Estupinen said in his first interview after joining Milan. “I’m so happy that this dream came true. All the hard work paid off and now I’m excited to do well here and there,” he continued.
“When my agent told me that Milan was interested in me, I told him it would be a great idea. This is a large club, everyone knows it. You noticed when you received the offer from Milan.
Espinenan joined Milan and replaced Theo Hernandez with Al Giral leaving the club six years later to join this window.
Theo enjoyed a successful partnership with Rio on the left flank of Milan over the years, and Estupinan was also asked if he looked forward to ties with the Portuguese under Massimiliano Allegri in this term.

He replied. “I’m really happy to be able to play with top players like Rafael Leo. I’ve always looked at him well. I’ve learned from him and I’ll try to help him in any way I can so I can strengthen my left flank.”
Estipinan was also asked if former Brighton coach Roberto deserbi, who began his career with Rossoneri youth team, gave him advice on playing for Milan.
He states: “I never had the opportunity to talk to him, but when I played under him in Brighton, he always appreciated the Italian league.
“He says the fans live for football and they’re really passionate. He said he’s very similar to South America. As someone from South America, I’m proud to hear that.

And when asked about his first player from Ecuador, representing Milan, he replied. “I am so happy to be able to make history, and this is a really big step for me.
“Of course, there are a lot of Milan fans, so that’s big news in my country. Obviously I’m the first Ecuadorian to play in Milan. This is amazing. There were lots of messages. There are also a lot of Ecuadorians who live in Italy and here in Milan.
“I hope to win many titles, be happy and bring happiness to our supporters. I can’t wait to work with the team. I promise to do my best and work hard to make our fans happy.”
