Rome head coach Giampierogas Perini is preparing for his first Serie A game to take charge of Gyarorossy after leaving Atalanta this summer in support of his move to the Italian capital.
Rome is scheduled to host Bologna at Studio Olimpico on Saturday evening, with Gasperini speaking at a press conference before the collision.
Gasperini held an honest meeting on the club’s summer transfer market. “I definitely had high expectations, especially for the new coach who wants to bring in other ideas as soon as he arrives.

“Of course, we all want to work with a full team, but now I think it’s a bit of a utopia. There’s always an intention at first, but the intention is one thing, and the execution is always very solid.
Gasperini: “Very different Rome. Strong… I hope so!”
Gasperini was also asked about the role Artem Dovvik will play in the team after several questions were raised about the future of Jalorossi’s Ukrainians. The Italian coach said, “He’s called tomorrow, just like everyone else. I don’t have a crystal ball to predict the future.
Continuing from his comments on Dovbyk, the experienced coach also discussed another striker, new signature Evan Ferguson. “The Dovbyk and Ferguson are two instruments, and how they are used depends on whether they are in time or not. They are two different but excellent instruments. They both seem to be improving dynamically and physically.”

Gasperini was asked to say whether Roma is a stronger team than last season. “We need to understand that. It’s definitely a very different Rome. Looking at the final lineup at the end of May, we have three starters here who play six or seven on the bench.
Gasperini likes the new Roman signature. Focus on the future
Roma added many new players to their ranks this summer, signing Brazilians such as Wesley, Ferguson and Leon Bailey. Gasperini was impressed with the new addition, saying, “They are the players the club decided to build a future. They are all young. They are 24 years old. They are different and arrive in 30 games in their careers.

Gasperini then explained a little more detail about Galorrossi’s plan to sign the younger players. “The right players are good, they are value and potential players. They all fit my mindset and the way I do football. The new signature fits the traits we want to start over. We need to reopen with the emerging talent that can create capital gains, not the existing players.
