Inter and Milan were fined as a result of investigation into their relationship with the club, staff and Ultra, but Simone Inzagi and Hakan Karhanoglu report on Thursday that they must provide a one-game suspension.
After several Ultra arrests suspected of linking with the Mafia family on September 30th, an investigation into the relationship between Inter, Milan, its players, coaches, executives and certain supporters was opened in November.
The investigation began early September by fellow supporters as a result of the murder of Antonio Belocco, a leading member of Inter’s Curva Nord.
It was then revealed that many well-known coaches and players, including Inzagi, Karjanoglu, Davide Calabria and Vice President Nerazzuri Javierzanetti, had debated whether they had met Ultra.
It is now confirmed that some of these conversations have broken the FIGC rules.
Inzaghi and Calhanoglu stopped for Inter-Verona

Reports from various Italian outlets, including Sky Sport Italia, Inzaghi and Calhanoglu, are negotiating a one-match suspension and fine with the Prosecutor’s Office (15,000 euros for coaches and 30,000 euros for midfielders).
Both were found to violate Articles 4 and 25 of Sports Justice, but the latter prohibits players and coaches from having relationships with fans who are not part of the group of supporters they officially affiliated with.
This means Inzagi and Karjanoglu will both be suspended on Saturday for a Serie A match between Inter and Hellas Verona.
This is part of a plea agreement with FIGC. This means that neither of them will be brought to justice.
Inter and Milano were fined after Ultra’s investigation

In addition to the ban and fines given to Inzaghi and Calhanoglu, Inter was also fined 70,000 euros, with Milan being ordered to pay a penalty fee of 30,000 euros.
Additionally, Vice President Javier Zannetti will have to pay a fine of 14,500 euros. Claudio Sara and supporter Liaison Officer Masimiliano Silva will also have to pay a fine of 14,500 euros and will be suspended for 30 days.
Fabio Panza, Milan’s Supporter Liaison Officer, will have to pay a fine of 13,000 euros and will be suspended for 30 days.
If Calabria is standing in the FIGC investigation

David Calabria, now a former Milan defender in Bologna, was also one of the players investigated by FIGC.
He will also be asked by Giuseppe Cine over the next few days and will negotiate a bargain for the plea. Otherwise, he may have to go to trial in federal court.
