Hakan Karhanoglu breaks his silence after Lautaro Martinez’s words that “it was violently bumped” but “divided and not united.”
Lautaro Martinez was not understated after the elimination of Inter from Monday’s Club World Cup.
President Beppe Marotta confirmed that Lautaro mentioned Karjanoglu.
The Turkish midfielder’s wife has already returned to Lautaro on Tuesday morning, with his social media messages followed by statements released by Karha in Italian, Turkish and English.
“After being injured in the Champions League final, we decided to travel to America with our team. Being there was a lack of play for me, but I decided to help support the boys,” Karhanogul wrote on Instagram.
“Unfortunately, while training in the US, I suffered another injury in a completely different area. Diagnosis: Muscle cleft.
“The injury made it impossible for me to take part in the pitch during this tournament, for no other reason and there is nothing behind it.
“We lost yesterday, and that hurts,” Karhanoglu continued.
“I felt sad not only as a player, but as someone who really cared about it.
“I was injured now, but I picked up the phone right after the match and called a few teammates to lift the spirit.
Caljanoguru hits with Lautaro Martinez
Inevitably, Karhanogul also mentioned Lautaro’s comments.
“What surprised me even more was the words that came afterwards: words that cried hard.
“In my career, I wasn’t looking for excuses. I’m always responsible. I managed to get through the pain and led by action rather than words, especially in difficult moments.
“I respect all opinions from my teammates and from my club president, but respect is not one-way.
“I have always shown respect on and off the pitch, and in football, like life, when you feel high, the real strength lies in showing respect.
“I have never betrayed this club. I have never said I am not happy at the inter.
“There have been some fascinating offers in the past, but I stayed because I know what this shirt means to me.
“I was honored to wear a captain’s armband for my country, and I learned that leadership means standing by your team.
Karhanoguru acknowledges uncertainty about the future
“I love this game, I love this club, I love the outlines I fought every day.
“We will see what the future holds now.
“But history always remembers the tallest people, not the ones who made the loudest screams.”
Karhanogul did not compete in the Club World Cup and returned to Europe hours before his match against Fulminence on Monday.
Karhanoguru is attracting interest from GalatasaraiHowever, Inter doesn’t want to sell him cheaply. We are still waiting for an official proposal from the Turkish club.
