Official: Maurizio Sari will return to Lazio as head coach 15 months after resignation (via www.sslazio.it)
Lazio officially announced the departure of Marco Baroni just 15 months after Maurizio Sari was appointed head coach and Sally’s final stint for Bianco Celesti.
Sarri has been appointed head coach for Lazio with an additional 12-month option and a two-year contract, the club confirmed.
The club has also confirmed the departure of former head coach Baroni.
Sally returns after 15 months of absence, He resigned from his position as a head coach. Before the end of the 2023-24 season, they culminated in a 2-1 loss against Udinese, which permeated the relegation, in a poorly shaped run.

How Lazio ended up in Surrey again
After getting a 15-month break from Top Flight Management, Sarri will once again take charge of Lazio in the 2025-26 season.
Sarri was first replaced by current Juventus head coach Igor Tudor after resigning in March last year. Tudor resigned himself Just a few months later, almost a year ago.
Marco Baroni was called on his behalf of Tudor, and despite a promising start to life in the capital, Lazio collapsed in an epic way in the final game of the season.

“The club is confidently entrusting the technical aspects of the project to Sari with his style, consistency and confidence that his work culture will provide a solid foundation to build an ambitious and Lazio-worthy future.
Meanwhile, President Claudio Rotito added: “Maurizio Sari has returned home. His return is a sincere choice. We want to resume the trip we had suspended with him.
