The Nerazzurri have won seven consecutive games in all competitions and will aim to maintain their momentum against Napoli, who are under pressure after recent setbacks.
Meanwhile, the hosts have struggled to match last season’s consistency but remain a dangerous opponent at home under coach Antonio Conte.
Chivu has had several absences, with Marcus Thuram, Matteo Darmian, Raffaele De Gennaro and Tomas Palacios all missing for selection.
The French forward continues his recovery from a muscle problem and aims to return after the next international break.
Napoli vs. Inter Milan – Chivu supports Lautaro Martínez, Bony stays in place
All eyes will be on Inter’s attack, with Bony once again given the starting role.
The 22-year-old French striker partnered Lautaro Martinez from the first whistle. Therefore, Kivu continues to show faith in his young forwards.
Meanwhile, Lautaro, fresh from decisive performances for both club and country, leads the line as Inter’s captain and reference point.
With Bony retaining his place, Francesco Pio Esposito is expected to start on the bench, with the possibility of coming on in the second half if needed.
Inter Milan’s stability across the pitch

Elsewhere, Chivu opted for continuity across the pitch.
So we continue to rely on the same structure that has brought us results in recent weeks.
Jan Sommer started in goal behind the familiar back three of Akanji, Acerbi and Bastoni. On the wings, Denzel Dumfries and Federico DiMarco provide width, athleticism, and cross threats.
Nicolo Barella, Hakan Calhanoglu and Henrikh Mkhitaryan will play in midfield.
In conclusion, Inter will once again aim to control possession as much as possible. He is constantly on guard against Napoli’s aggressive pressing and quick vertical breakthroughs.
