Pisa and Verona are still looking for their first win of the season after failing to convert any promising chances in this relegation battle tie.
Both teams were still looking for their first win, with the hosts at the bottom of the table with just two points. Idrissa Toure was suspended after the 4-0 loss to Bologna, with Calvin Stengs, Francesco Coppola, Giacomo Maucci, Matheus Lusuardi and Tomas Estevez injured. Eras brought Nicolas Valentini back into defence, but Armel Bela-Kocyap was on the treatment table along with Tomas Suslov, Daniel Oyegoke and Moassem Al-Musrati.
See how it all unfolded in our live blog.

Giovane could only watch as the Pisa goalkeeper watched as his shot deflected and dribbled inches past the post, before Farou Sham converted the Brazilian goalkeeper’s assist into the net after the goalkeeper took the shot on his wrong foot.
Mbala Nzora headed Mehdi Lelis’ cross wide of the target, but Stefano Moreo’s unmarked header from a corner kick resulted in the goal.
Cham in turn managed to finish on target, forcing Adrian Semper to make a difficult save at his near post.
Hellas should have scored in the 55th minute when Orbán intercepted a weak header from Michel Aebischer, but in a one-on-one with the goalkeeper, the goal went over the bar.

N’Zola curled slightly on the counter and Raul Albiol struggled to prevent Bergari from clearing onto goal, almost evading a handling offense in the process.
Unai Nunez tested Semper with a half-volley from the edge of the area, and Frese’s angled drive was stopped wide.
Pisa 0-0 Verona
