The Bianconeri announced the resignation of coach Igor Tudor on Monday after losing three games in all competitions and failing to score in four games.
They are without a win in seven games and are scheduled to appoint a new manager, Luciano Spalletti, tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Next Gen boss Brambilla is in charge of this midweek round, looking to keep changes to a minimum and maintain a three-man defence.
Kefren Thuram was left out of the squad due to a calf problem and was joined in the stands by Gleeson Bremer, Juan Cabal, Alek Milik and Carlo Pinsorio.
In order to alleviate the lack of goals, Kenan Yildiz returns to the eleven after being absent due to a knee problem against Lazio.
Vlahovic will once again face a strike partner, but this time it’s an opener instead of Jonathan David’s dud.
Teun Koopminers was lowered and Filip Kostic slotted in on the left side.

Udinese are unbeaten in three games, winning 3-2 in a chaotic game against Lecce.
Thomas Christensen, Iker Bravo and Alessandro Nunziante are on the treatment table, while Oumar Sollet is also still playing, although not 100%.
Nicolo Zaniolo will once again partner Keiynan Davies up front, while Arthur Atta is also in impressive form.
Goalkeeper Maduka Okoye looked rusty in his third start of the season following a lengthy suspension for gambling fraud.
