The Bianconeri made the decision to sack Tudor on Monday after losing three consecutive games in all competitions and going eight games without a win, including four without scoring.
Chiellini talks about Juventus’ revolution

“Tudor led us to the Champions League last season, so I think he should be thanked for his important work,” Chiellini told DAZN Italia.
“This was a shared decision within the club. I believe the team can do well.”
Spalletti is widely expected to sign a contract from tomorrow until the end of the season, while Next Gen manager Massimo Brambilla will take over as interim manager against Udinese.
Coach Chiellini replied, “I think Spalletti is a great coach with experience and a modern style of football. He hasn’t signed yet so we have to wait. So today we’ll focus on getting points.”
“I would also like to thank Brambilla for allowing us to go into this game focused and looking to the future.
“It was a difficult decision as it was not in Juventus’ DNA to make changes this early. It is a shame, considering how much the manager cares about this club.”
Chiellini added: “This year will be a transition period, because Juve are laying the foundations to get back to winning ways. There are still 30 games left in Serie A, but everything is still untouched. So I think we can start a new era.”

There have already been some big changes, with Filip Kostic making his first start of the season while Teun Copeminers has been benched along with Jonathan David.
Kenan Yildiz has returned from a knee problem and looks set to take on a more central trequatista role behind the two strikers Dusan Vlahovic and Reus Openda.
Juventus are also making changes behind the scenes, as they are expected to appoint a new sporting director soon.
“There will be a new sporting director in the next few weeks, because we don’t have that person,” admitted Chiellini.
