Former Napoli defender Rood Kroll feels that Partenopey is a favorite to win the Serie A title as Inter focuses on the Champions League. “Priorities have been set.”
Inter and Napoli are leveled with 71 points at the top of the Serie A table, with only five games left.
In the latest round, Inter lost 1-0 in Bologna, but Napoli defeated fighter Monza with the same result at U-Power Stadium.
While Inter has always been a bookmaker’s favorite in Scudetto’s races, the defending champions are still competing for three trophies, including the Champions League. As a result, more and more fans using Unibet’s promo codes were looking for Napoli as the winner of the 2024-25 Serie A.
“Those who are not used to gaining the risk of finding themselves on the edge of a cliff. They risk falling looking down. But Napoli has a Conte on the bench. Many players have already won the title under Sparetti. They have a fresh mindset now.”
The former Dutch defender has no doubt that Parthenopey is currently a title favourite in Italy.
The former Napoli defender makes Serie the prediction for the title: “Priority has been set.”
“I think it’s Naples (wondering Scudetto), mainly because of fatigue,” he insisted.
“Inter is tired, and the second half against Bologna showed the real face of a fight on three fronts. They lost their sharpness. It’s not easy and they’re paying for it. At this stage, choices are made and their priorities are set.”
Nellazzuri knocked Bayern Munich out of the Champions League quarterfinals, facing Barcelona in the semi-finals, with his first leg playing in Spain on April 30th.
“The Champions League comes first, and if they had a three- or four-point lead over Napoli, that would have been different,” Kroll said.
“Now it’s really from the head, and everyone is thinking about saving energy for the year’s game against Barcelona. It’s humanity. By choosing to focus on the Champions League, they risk ignoring the league.”

However, Naples has recently been shaken by Antonio Conte’s complaints. Italian tacticians moaned about the management tools for the clubs given in the title competition.
“He’s the right thing to do so and there’s no problem doing it,” Kroll concluded.
“The team isn’t deep enough. If he says so, where is the problem?”
Conte has signed a contract with Stadio Maradona until June 2027, but several Italian sources claim that the coach and Napoli President Aurelio de Laurentiis will sit at the end of the season to discuss his future with the club.
Meanwhile, Partenopei fans dream of winning their second Serie A title in three seasons.
