Christian Chib believes that the Intermilan group has “proves that it can overcome difficulties.”
The new Nerazzurri coach gave his thoughts at a press conference ahead of the start of the new season, as reported by FCInternews.
Christian Chib has only been in the air for Inter Milan’s first season as coach.
The Romanian took over from Simone Inzagi in the beginning of June after the decision to resign for a major acquisition at Al-Hilal.
Chivu has already coached several matches at the Club World Cup. But now he has a full preseason and some new signatures that really put a stamp on the team.
It’s not easy for Chivu. The Inter team endured a double bitter blow that lost the Serie A title one point ahead on the final day of last season, then lost 5-0 at PSG’s hands in the Champions League final.
The Club World Cup was not that good after that. After some promising signs at the group stage, Inter was eliminated from 16 rounds by Fluminence.
And it brought some tension to the surface for the team. After the match, Captain Interra Lautaro Martinez called on Hakan Karjanoglu about rumors of his recent transfer.
Martinez spoke passionately, begging, “Those who want to leave, I want to leave.”
The explosion from the captain showed the actual scale of Chivu’s task as this Inter team prepares for a new season.
Chivu: “This intergroup proves that it can overcome difficulties.”
As far as he needs from his players, new intercoach Christian Chibb emphasized “integrity and the desire to overcome everything.”
“The desire to overcome difficult moments. This group has already proven that they can do it, and they are even able to overcome the worst of the difficulties.”
“Because that’s the only way we can move forward,” Chive said. “And fight for the title.”
“We never look back or look at the past,” said the new intercoach on how teams can put the end of their final campaign behind them.
“We are not looking for revenge, but we are focusing on the present to build a future.”
“We’ve inherited the situation that has been built over the years that Inter was always on top, whether they won the title or not,” Chivu said.
“We will do our best,” the Romanian promised. “Give it to everyone to achieve their goals.”
Coach Inter then said, “In words, everything is simple.”
“But in reality, everything is more difficult. But over time, this group of groups have shown that they have a desire to unite and make an impact.”
Chiv emphasized that Inter “want to remain at the pinnacle of Italian, European and global soccer.”
Chivu promises “offensive, vertical & balanced” football at Inter

Chivu, meanwhile, gave a preview of what his tactical approach would look like at Inter. This is reported in reports that the 44-year-old is working to implement a switch to the 3-4-2-1 formation.
“These are numbers,” the coach said.
“But the principles are important. And our intention is to be aggressive, vertical and balanced.”
“And to achieve results in games and throughout the season’s moments,” the new Nerazuli coach added.
Chivu talked about having “the right spirit to keep a competitive team.”
“That’s our goal,” the coach revealed.
“Since this team was founded, our expectations have been the same,” he continued. “Be constantly competitive, establish your identity and maintain your loyalty and passion to achieve your goals.”
“I believe that what this group has achieved over the last few years is a testament to what we have created so far,” the coach continued.
“The winning teams that reached two Champions League Finals and one Europa League Finals are proof of a solid group.”
Chivu declares “No one needs to copy”

Meanwhile, Chivu said, “No one needs to copy it.”
“We don’t even make slogans,” he added. “We just want to stay competitive.”
But the coach added, “This will be Inter, which is trying to become more unpredictable and hybrid.”
“And they can do that,” Chiv was confident.
“It can be adapted to soccer games.”
Chib also spoke about how Inter had digested the unfortunate end of last season.
“We were in Charlotte,” recalls the coach. “There was a debate about what happened but not said.”
“These are part of all dressing rooms,” he added. “And part of a group that has a strong desire to win.”
“The group needs to be a little more clear from time to time,” he concluded.
