Juventus coach Igor Tudor said, “While he argued that the past and future are not that important, he argued that he would be ‘happy’ to change his mind to Francisco Concisio.

Tudor Juventus will host a fighting Lexe at Allianz Stadium on Saturday, aiming to secure much needed victory in the top four races in Serie A.

Tudor previewed the game at a pre-match press conference on Friday.

“The group is on track. It was a little short week, but the youngsters have been doing well. On Saturday, we’ll play behind a solid, serious performance (against Roma),” said the Bianconeri boss.

“You can see more confidence and enjoyment of getting things right.”

Juventus has already dropped too many points against the lower half of the teams on the table, including Lecce.

“The right mentality comes with time,” Tudor insisted.

“Every match is like a final. If you give everything for teams, groups, mentality, victory will produce more wins, but the challenges are always on you.”

The six teams are still competing for two Champions League spots in Serie A, but this details will not affect Juventus.

“For me, nothing will change,” Tudor insisted.

“It’s tempting to do the math, but nothing changes. Tomorrow is a fight. We have to do the right thing tactically and focus on the next training. There’s no other way to do it.

“I don’t look at the past. The past and future are not that important,” he continued.

“I am happy because I found someone good and honest who wants to do the job and prove myself. It was my luck. Their reaction surprised me. That’s what their reaction matters.”

Khephren Thuram trained separately on Thursday, but resumed group training on Friday morning.

“We still appreciate him,” Tudor said.

“There are other players. There are people who will play tomorrow.”

Teun Koopmeiners is an option in the middle of the park after the Dutch started on the bench against Rome last week.

“I’ve seen him feel more positive and energetic,” Tudor said.

“He trained well. We physically adjusted a few things. He worked just like the others.”

Francisco Conceiçao appears to be upset by social media after spending the entire game against Roma on the bench, with some Italian media claiming that they are no longer convinced that Juventus will pay 30 million euros to make his move permanent in the summer.

“He’s a player I really like,” Tudor insisted.

“He can make a difference because he dribbles a lot and takes on his guy. Sorry he’s not playing. I know how it feels. But there’s only one match a week and there’s little chance. I’m what I told him and others.

“Everyone is important. Especially those who start on the bench. That’s important. With five alternatives, it’s a different kind of soccer. They (more strikers) want to find more balance to play together. It takes time, but you can.”
