Antonio Conte feels that Naples must treat upcoming matches against fighter Venice “as the ultimate World Cup final.”

Partenopei will visit Venice on Sunday in an important Serie A match.

In the evening, in fact, third place Atalanta hosts table leader Napoli.

“Every game always hides danger, so look at Inter vs Monza to understand that. No guarantee is guaranteed,” Conte said at a press conference on Saturday via Tatto Napoli.

“We’re facing the team in good shape and fighting to get up. They play cards. We need to perform well. That’s what I expect.”

What’s more important in the last 10 games of the season? Technique, tactic, or mentality?

“Training these guys all week has definitely helped us a lot this year, otherwise it would have been tough from all perspectives,” Conte argued.

“It helped us. We were always good at finding solutions, even when difficulties happened. There are 10 games left. Every detail approaches with a crucial, balanced tactical setup. But I don’t see all 10.

“We have to show Venice that we are better than them, we are more hungry and want to win than them.

“I studied the teams I played there and the difficulties facing Inter, Rome and Lazio. I managed the draw. I don’t take a walk in the park. I expect great matches. I need maturity and evidence.”

Even the Atalanta Inter does not affect Conte and his youth.

“I think you’ve heard me talk about the next match and focused on ourselves,” said Partenopei’s boss.

“Everything we built was blindfolded and looked at ourselves, not being distracted or affected by what was around us, and we continued like this.

“When you reach the final third of the season, all games become more difficult. Your objectives, pressure and stress begin to increase,” Comte added.

“Whether you’re playing against a team that’s fighting for the title or fighting to avoid relegation, it doesn’t make a difference.

“It all depends on us and how we approach the game. We never stop what I’m saying and repeating. We can’t lose the game, but we have to prove that our opponents are tactically and technically superior. But we should not be beaten in terms of desire and victory.
