Lorenzo Lucca, David Neres and Billy Gilmour will replace Napoli due to injury, and will join Kevin De Bruyne in Giovanni Simeone’s trip to Turin.

The match kicks off at 17:00 UK time (16:00 GMT) at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino.

The Partenopei are level with Roma at the top of Serie A, but the international break only added to their injury worries.

Stanislav Lobotka, Amir Rahmani, Romelu Lukaku and Nikita Contini are absent, while Matteo Politano and Alessandro Bongiorno are also not fully fit.

That means Gilmour will take over the midfield reins alongside De Bruyne, with Neres playing wide, but Scott McTominay and Rasmus Hjølund will also be absent from the bench.

According to Sky Sports Italia, McTominay is suffering from an ankle problem, while Hojland is feeling strained in his calf muscle.

Instead, Lucca and Leonardo Spinazzola, who will play a more advanced role, will play in a 4-3-3 formation.

Torino have been very unpredictable under new manager Marco Baroni, with their only win of the Serie A season coming in a 1-0 away win to leaders Roma.

However, they suffered heavy defeats against Inter and Atalanta, lost against Parma, and then suffered a chaotic 3-3 draw against Lazio.

Injuries are a big problem here too, with Zakaria Abukral, Tino Anjorin, Ivan Ilic, Zanos Sava and Père Surs absent, and Ardian Ismadiri also not at 100%.

Giovanni Simeone will leave Napoli during the summer in search of more regular playing time and will face his former club.

Italy Under-21 international Cesare Casadei and former Inter midfielder Cristian Asllani bring quality to the midfield.
