Christian Chib claimed that Marcus Thurlam’s injuries were “not serious,” and it appears that Coach Inter has already decided to replace striker Cremonase, but he “can’t reveal that.”
Inter are preparing to host Cremonese at San Siro in their final match before the international break on Saturday.
Thuram is expected to not take action for a month after suffering a hamstring injury during a Champions League match against Slavia Prague on Tuesday.
Latest Thuram Durance Update

“Marcus was the first player to come out at Cagliari, so he spent a few extra minutes to rest. Against Slavia, I saw him and Lautaro as the most likely pair,” Chive said at a press conference via FCINTER1908 on Friday.
“He enjoyed himself and felt good, but unfortunately, the injury is always around the corner, which is a shame on a human level. The injury isn’t that serious. He needs a bit of time to get back with us.”
Lautaro Martinez will definitely start with Cremonese tomorrow, but Sam will be replaced by either Angue Joan Bonnie or Francesco Pio Esposito.
The latter has already started two games in all competitions, including one of the Champions League, but Bonnie has collected seven appearances, all as alternatives.
Chivu cannot reveal Thuram’s alternative

One of them will partner with Lautaro at Nerazzurri XI on Saturday.
“I’ll see it tomorrow,” Chive said.
“I’ve already decided who will play with Lautaro at 90%, but I can’t reveal that.”
Chib then praised Bonnie, saying that the only thing he lacked was a “start spot” because “he’s coming sooner or later, as he never missed a training session.”
Inter scored six points in the Serie A game this season, but hosted Cremonese in the background of four consecutive victories in all competitions, scoring nine goals, and admitting only once.
“We’ve found a balance. We’re cautious when we try to attack,” Chivu explained.
“I always start with the principle of not acknowledging goals, having an organized, focused team, and a strong desire to not acknowledge them.”
