MADRID, SPAIN – OCTOBER 22: Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappé watches the match between Real Madrid CF and Juventus in the UEFA Champions League 2025/26 League Phase MD3 at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu on October 22, 2025 in Madrid, Spain. (Photo by: Angel Martinez/Getty Images)

Michele Di Gregorio consoled Dusan Vlahovic at full-time after Juventus lost 1-0 to Real Madrid, while Kylian Mbappé swapped shirts with compatriot Kefren Thuram. Find three things you didn’t see on TV last night.

Football Italia was one of the accredited media at the Bernabéu last night, where Jude Bellingham scored his first goal of the season to give Merengue three points.

Dusan Vlahovic missed a big chance in front of Bellingham’s goal, and Brahim Diaz could have been sent off. Everyone could see it. But what did you miss watching the match on TV? Find out below.

Difference in attitude with coach

The Spanish tactician looked quite irritated, especially in the second half, and often complained to the fourth official about even the smallest incidents on the pitch. Xavi continued to argue with the referee’s assistant until Bellingham scored the final goal, while Igor Tudor ensured his players were not lacking support from the touchline. The Croatian coach continued to encourage his team, regularly raising his hands and applauding, even after mistakes such as Vlahovic’s mistake in front of goal.

Mbappé and Thuram exchange shirts

Real Madrid superstar and fellow Frenchman Kefren Thuram reunited at the Bernabéu last night and swapped shirts at full time. Seconds after the final whistle, the two warmly embraced near the touchline. Mbappé played the full 90 minutes, but Thuram was immediately sent off after a foul on Brahim Dias that could have resulted in a red card. The French stars exchanged a few words and then exchanged shirts. Thuram praised Mbappe on the eve of the game, saying he was the best player in the world alongside 2025 Ballon d’Or winner Ousmane Dembele.

Juventus striker Blachowicz was understandably depressed last night after missing the biggest chance of the match in the second half when the result was still 0-0. Di Gregorio, the best Juventus player at the Bernabéu, consoled the Serbian forward at full-time, when almost all the players had left the pitch. The Italian goalkeeper was about to enter the tunnel when he spotted Blachowicz behind him, ran back onto the pitch and hugged him, moving his hands as if to say “keep going”. Vlahovic has scored four goals, making him Juventus’ top scorer this season.
